- CAE USA recently established a new business unit and made a major acquisition to pursue contracts requiring higher-level security clearances
- The company envisages better profit margins in this type of work
CAE USA has recently established a new business unit and made a major acquisition because the company believes there are better profit margins in providing training and operational support services for missions with higher than secret-level clearance.
CAE USA has traditionally been an aviation simulation and training provider to militaries, especially for aviation capabilities. Ray Duquette, company president and general manager, told reporters on 30 October that the company created CAE Mission Solutions Inc (MSI) via a proxy agreement.
