Turkish Aircraft Industries (TAI) and PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) are moving closer to formalising an industrial partnership in support of the medium-altitude long-endurance (MALE) Anka unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), officials have confirmed.

However, the Anka project depends on winning a contract from the Indonesian Air Force (Tentara Nasional Indonesia - Angkatan Udara: TNI-AU).
